Pallet Farms

Based out of San Cristobal, NM, just north of Arroyo Hondo, Pallet Farms offers holistic land restoration services in Northern New Mexico. 

We provide land management services in Taos County with a focus on soil regeneration. 

By using our small herd of sheep and donkey in conjunction with cover cropping techniques, no till planting practices and irrigation, we bring biodiversity and essential microbial life back to land.
